Ad and Creative Research Checklist

Use the Correct Source of Truth

  • Platform policies, account status, orders and settlements: the relevant seller or advertising account
  • Product costs, lead times, documents and quality: supplier records and samples
  • Contribution margin and cash impact: the business's finance records
  • Customer problems and returns: support, review and return records
  • Competitor and market signals: dated third-party or public research, clearly labeled when estimated
